- Currently navigating the creation of a new science of Pentecostal/Charismatic Adolescents (PCA) and leading the first ever national scientific survey of this theological group.
- Created and lead the development of The Global Coaching Network. This network exists to train/coach leaders on a global scale.
National Director of Church Planting for the Church of God (Cleveland, TN)., Aug. 2005 - Aug. 2012
- Served and lead under the direct supervision of the Executive Committee by the request of the General and First Assistant Overseer of the Church of God, Dr. Dennis McQuire and Dr. Orvil Hagan.
- Created and planned training, coaching, the development of resources, office staff and marketing for church planters within the seven million member denomination.
- Created, wrote, designed, and marketed, four distinct training models for the denomination: One, Lab One: basis 101 church planting knowledge for the beginner; Two, second season church planters who have at least five years of planting experience on the ground; Three, True North Lab, which trained pastors to revitalize existing or stagnate congregations; Four, Mother Daughtering Churches, worked directly with DCPI (Dynamic Church Planting International) as a Master Trainer. Through these four events over 2500 leaders were formally trained in a three day intensive program.
- Serviced and coached hundreds of young church planting leaders throughout North America
- In September of 2010 became the Chairman of the International Church Planting Task Force leader for the Church of God for the General Overseer of the Church of God, Dr. Raymond Culpepper.
- Lead a team of six to create, design and present the strategic plan for Church Planting for the Church of God denomination. The plan was presented at the General Assembly in Orlando, Florida and adopted by the 20,000 delegates of the Assembly.
National Youth Director for the IPHC (International Pentecostal Holiness Church), Aug. 1997 - Aug. 2000
- Lead the creation of values, vision and mission for the denominations national youth department/youth director.
- Served youth leaders and youth in all fifty states of this 2.5 million member denomination.
- Planned and marketed the national youth convention called Youth Quest with attendance topping at 5000 adolescents in Daytona Beach Florida. The national attendance previously was 700.
- Planned , wrote, designed and marketed, multiple national training events for the denominations youth leader and youth leadership
- Develop and designed the new/first national youth mission fundraising program, Global Quest for the denomination.
- Wrote, developed and designed the program for a national youth movement called A.O.A
- Wrote for One Accord Resources as a Sunday School literature writer for adolescents and junior higher as well as monthly contributor to the denominational Christian Education magazine called The Christian Connector.
Senior/Lead Youth Pastor of Lenexa Christian Center, Aug. 1995 - Aug. 1997
- Oversaw the redevelopment of 75 adolescents into a 700 member youth congregation for Lenexa Assemblies of God, in Kansas City, Kansas.
- Oversaw the training and development of over eighty volunteers
- Eventually lead the development of a full time staff of three people with five interns
- 80% of volunteers held a college degree while 15% held a Master or doctor degree
- Published a monthly newsletter to the 4000 member church called Desined to Win
- Trained volunteers weekly on the issue of adolescent science, religion, and leadership
- Developed and designed an additional youth group of 250 inner-city adolescents called Urban Destiny.
- Developed a third outreach service of approximately 100 teens incarcerated at the Johnson County Juvenile Justice System
- Hosted and planned a camp for over 300 teens in a week long excursion.
- Counseled hundreds of adolescents and performed administrative duties.
- Planned multiple trips, services, trainings for the 700 member youth congregation.

- Directed the mission outreach to Nashville, TN.

- Led group therapy sessions and daily counseling load. Directed drug testing and confrontation sessions. Planned drug testing and rehabilitation program for adolescents.

- Help to build a congregation of thirty to three hundred people.
- Responsible for creating, establishing Christian education program for all ages. Established both the youth and children program with appropriate bus ministry.

- I am a student for the PhD program within the Center for Pentecostal/Charismatic Studies.
- Research is directed towards Spirit-filled adolescents and Futurist perspectives.
- Recently finalized the first scientific research project directed toward Pentecostal/Charismatic adolescents throughout North America, between the ages of 15-28. Currently over 2000 students have completed the research survey.
- This research is directed too in looking at a specific segment of conservative adolescents and asking the question are they more conservative than the average conservative adolescents. This may give new insights into the landmark studies of The National Youth and Religion Survey which surveyed thousands of adolescents in North America.
