CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Steve and Dawn Burkowske are our church’s children’s pastors. They strive to lead in a way that incorporates both the churches vision of “Communicating Authentic Christianity” and “Reaching, Teaching, and Pastoring Children.” There goal is to do, “Everything with Excellence” and Raise the Standard, Set the Standard and Be the Standard.

Programs on Sunday and Wednesday Nights are offered to children from the ages of newborn to fifth grade. Besides our normal Sunday and Wednesday services for children there are many other ministry opportunities for your children to become a part of. Please see the links below for more information.

WAUMBA LAND NURSERY

We have a state of the art facility for your Nursery & Preschool age children with wonderful trained Caregivers who've all undergone background checks. Our desire is to teach your children during their early years about the goodness of God and how much He loves them.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH:
"THE FACTORY"

Your children in grades 1 to 6 will love all the ministry opportunities available to them including Adventure Kidz, a high impact worship service on Sunday mornings. They won't ever want to miss church again. We endeavor to help kids change their world through the power of the Holy Spirit to be children who know God & work at it, have Christian character & prove it, love people & show it and are on a mission & share it.

We are a dance team that comes together each Wednesday night from 5:30-6:45p.m. for “worship training.”

We believe that no matter what your age, the Lord has a calling and purpose for you and your children. We want your children to be raised up to be great ministers and leaders in the church.

PRE-TEEN DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING

MISSION
Crusaders mission is “To reach young people for Jesus Christ, engaging them in effective Christian living.” We want to see young people find Christ and be fully equipped and discipled to make a difference in their world right now!

VISON
To release an army of radical young people who are committed to taking the Gospel to the generations that don’t know Jesus Christ.

Young people must be equipped to pass the message of Christ on to the generations that follow them.

HANDS AND FEET

5TH GRADE DRAMA AND DANCE TEAM

This is a drama and dance team that uses black lights and props to share their message, Christ! These fifth graders have a heart to serve and to show God’s love in a new and exciting way. With their utilization of wonderfully choreographed dance and drama routines partnered with the message of God these kids are ready to start a fire in their audience’s hearts.

FAITH WEAVER FRIENDS

Midweek Small Groups for Kids

This ministry promotes children learning together in small groups. Children are in a small group led by an adult leader. The children stay in that small group for a quarter of the year ensuring that “Circles” of friends are formed.

Faith Weaver Friends do activities that teach Bible points throughout its theme. The activities show children to do and to teach.

Faith Weaver Friends believe that children in groups of mixed ages really work well together. So, children are not only in small groups but are in groups of children of all ages.

Faith Weaver Friends uses “Discovery Centers.” Discovery Centers are that reinforce the week’s Bible point using games, projects, a surprise station and a snack café. Journaling is also very important in the groups. Children have colorful pages with questions that help them reflect on that weeks Bible point.

The Wall

An unforgettable weekly experience for teenagers. Warehouse meets every Wednesday night at 7:00PM. There are lots of other teens, great live music, and a multi-media experience they won't forget.

COUPLES MINISTRYS

YOUNG COUPLE MINISTRYFor all those married couples who have been married for twenty years or less. Here is an exciting opportunity to fellowship and grow in this ministry designed for you.

For couples ages 35-50 years. Infinity couples are committed to growing in their relationship with Christ, growing in their relationship with their spouse and encouraging other couples to grow as well.

This is a group targeted towards those folks over fifty years of age. You don’t have to be married for this one. Join us the 3rd Sunday of every month at 5:00pm for our 50+ luncheon held in the church sanctuary.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

We have many age appropriate Sunday school classes that are designed to show us the importance and relevance of the Bible in today’s society. There are groups for children, teens, single adults, and married adults from all walks of life.

We as a church believe that praise and worship is a very important part of a service; it is a time where we can all glorify God in one accord, and be obedient. Jeremy Hargis is our progressive praise and worship leader. He uses his God given talents for the Lord. If you are ready to dance and shout don't miss out in this wonderful time in the Lord.
